Hours of Operation/Fees:  Monday thru Friday:                                9AM - 7PM Saturday & Sunday:                               10AM - 3PM The peace and comfort of each of our guests is of utmost importance to us.  Because of this, all drop-offs, pick-ups, or resort visits must be made by appointment only.  Further, we do not accept business calls before 8:30AM or appointments for drop-offs, pick-ups, or resort visits earlier than 9:00AM. Please note that any drop-off or pick-up outside regular business hours incurs an additional $35 "After Hours" fee.

Boarding fees begin on the day of arrival (regardless of check-in time).  As long as check-out is completed before 12 noon, there will be no fee charged for departure day; however, pets picked up after noon will be charged an additional day's board.   Compare our all-inclusive prices to other facilities who charge for their "extras", and you'll quickly see that we're not only affordable, but also a real value!

'Ilio (Doggie) Accommodations:  Include a comforting suite with an oversized sleeper bed; an evening nightlight; a minimum of four one-on-one, private walks and playtimes throughout the day, including a late-night evening walk; a full-sized fleece blanket for cuddling; three FREE snacks daily; 24-hour emergency access to two local veterinarians; comforting music played throughout the day/night; and loving, personalized, on-site care. Suites:    $35/day*   Popoki (Kitty) Accommodations:  Include a deluxe, multi-level suite with play shelf; private kittie litter pan; comforting music played day/night, as well as nightlights for the evening; a full-sized fleece blanket for cuddlng; floor pad with body-heating feature; deluxe, multi-level climbing tree; one-on-one playtimes in playroom throughout the day; 24-hour emergency access to two local veterinarians; and loving, personalized, on-site care. Suites:      $20/day*   *An additional "special needs care" charge of $10/day may apply if pet requires excessive unit cleaning, walks, and or supervised care/attention (i.e. epilepsy, diabetes, cancer, etc. care).

NEW:  Big Island Ultimate Resort Package for Your Doggie or Kitty: Dogs:  For those wanting the ultimate in peace and comfort for your doggie(s), you may now book our entire doggie floor for $175/night. This offers the ultimate in one-on-one attention, including a complete pampered doggie spa treatment the night before check-out, daily prepared meals (if desired), and a special "slumber party" the night before check-out (complete with doggie-safe ice cream!).   Cats:  For those wanting the ultimate in peace and comfort for your kitty(ies), you may want to book the entire kitty floor for only $50/night.   This offers the ultimate in one-on-one attention, including private access to the entire playroom for unlimited play, daily brushings, daily prepared meals (if desired), and a special "slumber party" the night before checkout, including "fish sticks".

Extended Stay Discounts: A 5% discount is given for stays of 8 - 14 nights. A 10% discount is given for stays over 14 nights. Extended discounts are available for stays lasting longer than 45 days.    Family Discounts: Additional family members in separate units receive a 10% discount. Additional family members in a shared unit receive a 25% discount.   Additional Savings: Repeat Customer Incentive Program 10% Senior Discount (must be 70 years of age with proper documentation)

Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit equal to one night's stay* per suite booked is necessary to confirm your reservation; otherwise, reservations are first-deposit, first-served.   Please note that final payment must be made at time of check-in.   We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and debit cards.  We DO NOT accept personal or business checks. *For reservations around major holidays (New Year's, President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), a non-refundable holiday deposit of $75 per suite booked is required.  Deposits are applied toward total fee due for stay.  Stays less than three days during holiday periods do not receive any type of refund/credit for the $75 deposit.  Reservations for the "Big Island Resort Package" require a one night, non-refundable deposit of $175 for dogs and $150 for cats. We are located in Amissville,VA  (just minutes outside Warrenton and Culpeper, VA).
